Appraisal Period & Return/Exchange Window
Given the luxurious and precious nature of our jewelry, our refund and return policy is valid for 3 days from the date you receive your item(s). If more than 3 days have passed since your item’s delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Special Note: For specific circumstances where you have a reasonable need to extend the appraisal period, please make sure to contact our customer service team to negotiate before receiving your item(s). We understand the unique aspects of jewelry purchasing and will do our best to provide flexible support, ensuring you fully understand and confirm the item before purchase, so that we only ship once you are completely satisfied.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and Original Condition: The item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- Complete Original Packaging: It must be in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and appraisal certificates.
- Original Item Verification: The item returned must be the exact original item you received, with all information verified as consistent.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:
- Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or has missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error.
- Any item returned more than 3 days after delivery.
- Any item returned that is NOT the original item you purchased.
- Sale items can’t be refunded.
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products Certain health and personal care items (Please disregard if irrelevant to jewelry)
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases (Please disregard if irrelevant to jewelry)
Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refund Process
Submit Return Request: Please contact our customer service team to submit your return request within the appraisal period.
- Item Inspection: Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it thoroughly.
- Refund Notification: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Processing: If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Please Note:
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@solanthis.com.
- Sale Items: Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at hello@solanthis.com and mail your item to us, the address after we agree with.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received. A gift certificate will then be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to our physical address
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Gemstone Authentication
All our jade items come with NGTC and are supported for re-inspection globally. Rest assured, your purchase is authentic and verified.
